Appointed Executive Director of Road Board by President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III on 2 December 2010, Adolfo L. Escalona is in charge of the daily operations of the Board aside from his duties as head of the Secretariat.
Dir. Escalona is the 5th Executive Director of the Road Board since its inception in 2001.
He obtained Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree at the University of Santo Tomas and earned his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, USA.
Born on October 18, 1960 in Manila, Executive Director Escalona is married to Gina Escalona with five (5) children.
